June after her school musical. I know this isn't baking related yet, but I had to start somewhere.

- I'm a math teacher, but currently I'm a stay at home dad while my wife completes her family practice residency program. We have two daughters, June who is seven and Ella who is 2, and a son (Joseph David/JD)who will be joining our family due to arrive this August 24th. I love cooking and good food. I worked as a baker years ago, but they aren't the best hours for a family. I love the smell of fresh baked bread, but I love the smell of the unbaked dough almost as much. There really is something beautiful about the whole baking process.
